Terms of Service

UPON COMMISSIONING ME, YOU - THE CLIENT, HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

For all commission inquiries, contact me through Twitter or email.

Payment:
- Prices are listed in EUR.
- Payments are to be made through PayPal Goods and Services.
- Payment is due full upfront for any commission.

Process:
- After payment, an initial sketch will be sent to the client for feedback, any requests/changes and approval.
- After approval has been given by the client, they will be unable to make any major changes.
- Upon completion, the client will receive the work in .PNG file format.

Copyright/use policy:
- Prices mentioned are for personal use only.
- The client may resize, crop and make minor edits to create icons, wallpapers and/or other graphics to be used for non-commercial purposes. Altering the work itself is prohibited.
- On the terms that the client credits me, they may post the work on their own public social medias.
- I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to; the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the work as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- Commercial use, terms and prices are to be discussed further between the two parties upon contact.

Refund/cancel policy:
- Upon cancelling the commission during its sketch stage, the client will receive a 50% refund.
- Upon cancelling the commission after its sketch stage, the client will receive no refund.
- If for any unjustifiable reason I am unable to finish the commission, the client will receive a full refund.
- If a client files a chargeback, the client will get banned from future commissions and will have all their rights to previous commissions retracted.

Any statement may be bound to change, upon discussion, prior to the commission.
